ENDWEL legal services are billed on an hourly basis. This approach ensures fairness by allowing clients to pay only for the actual time spent on their matter while receiving comprehensive legal support tailored to their specific needs. All fee arrangements are clearly outlined in a client consent form, which must be signed prior to the commencement of any work. We also provide detailed invoices on a regular basis, outlining all services performed.
Compensation Standards
(Uniformly applied to civil, criminal, and family law matters, VAT excluded)
Managing Attorney: KRW 1,800,000 per hour
External Counsel (20+ years of experience): KRW 2,000,000 per hour
External Counsel (10+ years of experience): KRW 1,200,000 per hour
Supporting Attorneys: KRW 900,000 per hour
Certified Tax Accountants and Other Experts: KRW 800,000 – KRW 1,500,000 per hour (based on affiliation and years of experience)
Legal Administrative Staff: KRW 600,000 per hour
Specialized Support Personnel: KRW 500,000 per hour (subject to separate negotiation based on workload)
Scope of Will Execution Services
The scope of ENDWEL’s will execution services is generally as outlined below and may be subject to change depending on the circumstances during the process:
Investigation and verification of estate assets subject to the will
Preparation, review, and delivery of the estate inventory to heirs
Appointment and compensation of specialized support personnel for will execution
Legal representation in litigation related to the execution of the will
Liability for any negligence arising during the course of will execution
Registration or cancellation of ownership transfer due to inheritance
Delegation or Sub-Delegation of Inheritance Taxable Value and Tax Base Reporting
Status reporting on the execution process and transfer of acquired rights
Any other necessary actions for the execution of the will and protection of estate rights
Compensation Standards for Executors and Supporting Professionals
ENDWEL’s advisory fees for will execution services are calculated based on a time charge system. The total fee is determined by multiplying the hours spent by each professional or support staff by their respective hourly rates.
As of September 1, 2023, the standard hourly rates (excluding VAT) are as follows. Upon initiation of the will execution process, a Retainer Fee will be charged according to a special agreement, based on factors such as the estimated value of the estate and the status of the heirs and the deceased. The same standards apply to civil, family, or other related cases.

엔드웰 법률서비스는 시간당 요율로 청구됩니다. 이러한 방식은 고객님의 사안에 맞춘 포괄적인 법률 지원을 제공하면서, 실제로 투입된 시간만큼 비용을 지불하도록 하여 공정성을 보장합니다. 모든 비용 약정은 업무 시작 전에 명확하게 고객에게 제공된 신청동의서에 고객 서명을 받으며, 수행된 서비스 내역이 포함된 상세한 청구서를 주기적으로 제공합니다.

엔드웰의 유언집행사무 범위는 대략 아래와 같으며 업무 진행 과정에서 증감 변경이 있을 수 있습니다.
유언집행인 및 전문·보조인력 보수기준
유언집행사무에 관한 엔드웰의 자문료는 Time Charge를 기준으로 진행되며 전문·보조인력이 업무처리에 소요되는 시간에 해당 전문·보조인력의 시간당 요율을 곱하여 산정합니다.
2023년 9월 1일 기준 시간당 요율(부가세 별도)은 아래와 같으며 유언집행사무 착수일에 추정상속가액, 상속인 및 피상속인 현황 등을 감안하여 전문·보조인력 투입 규모에 따른 보수 및 실비 예상액을 확정해서 특약상 Retainer Fee를 청구합니다(민사 및 가사 등 다른 사건에도 동일 기준 적용).
