Compensation Standards for Executors and Supporting Professionals
ENDWEL advisory fees for will execution services are calculated based on a time charge system. The total fee is determined by multiplying the hours spent by each professional or support staff by their respective hourly rates.

As of 2025, the standard hourly rates (excluding VAT) are as follows. Upon initiation of the will execution process, a Retainer Fee will be charged according to a special agreement, based on factors such as the estimated value of the estate and the status of the heirs and the deceased. The same standards apply to civil, family, or other related cases.
